Program Information
WHO: Open to students who will be in 9th Grade as of fall 2027, up until age 20.
PROGRAM DATES: June 29th – August 2nd, 2026.
LOCATION: All auditions, meetings, rehearsals, and performances will be held at Sheyenne High School, 800 40th Avenue East, West Fargo
REHEARSAL TIMES: Monday- Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00pm beginning June 29th
PERFORMANCES: June 23, 24, 25 @ 7:30PM and June 24 & 25 at 2:00 pm.

Audition Information

All Initial Auditions will happen in person at Sheyenne High School

When: March 13 (7-10 pm) and 14 (2-5 pm)

March 15 will be used if there is a need

How to Sign Up: Scan the QR Code to Sign Up for Audition Slot

Song and Monologue Preparation:
-
Prepare 32 bars to sing from a musical or appropriate style
-
Use a karaoke track or accompaniment for your song, do not sing acapella.
-
Please do not sing a song from the show.

Please also prepare a 30 second modern monologue (comedic or dramatic, your choice)

Please slate yourself before you begin your audition. Clearly state your name, age, and what song you will be performing

All auditionees need to attend a dance call happening on March 13 or 14 with Amanda Perlenfein. Please use this QR Code to Sign Up For Your Preferred Dance Call Session.

Singing and Acting call backs will be held on April 20, and 21 at Liberty Middle School. Times will be provided with the Call Back List

All call back and casting information will be emailed to the email provided on the audition form.
For Online Auditions
If you will be unavailable to attend the live auditions for “Cabaret” on March 13 and 14 please use the information below to submit a video audition.
What you need to do:

Contact Rebecca Saari to confirm that you will be auditioning by video submission

Video your song and monologue

State Your Name and Pieces at the beginning of the video

Label the file with your name

Complete a separate video of your dance call
-
You will be sent a link via email at the beginning of March. It will contain a dance call video with instructions for the routine.
