Program Information
WHO: Open to students who will have completed grades 5-8 at the end of the 2025/2026 school year. Everyone is welcome! This experience is not exclusive to young artists of the West Fargo School District.
ASSIGNING OF ROLES: There are no auditions to participate, however an audition process will be used to assign roles. Auditions for the assignment of roles will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 9:00am – 1:30pm. As part of the audition process, participants will learn a pre-selected song cutting from the show and will be taught a dance. No preparation necessary!
PROGRAM DATES: June 8 – June 26, 2026.
PARENT/STUDENT INFO MEETING: There will be a parent/student meeting on Thursday, May 28 at 7:00pm. This meeting is required for both students and at least one parent/guardian.
REGISTRATION: The program will be filled on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will be available if interest warrants. To register, follow the link to complete the 2026 Summer Arts application form. If you have registered for a WFPS activity this past year, you will use your account log in. If you did not register for a WFPS activity or if you are not a WFPS student, you will need to follow the link to create an account.
PARTICIPATION FEES: $400 for their participation in Summer Arts Intensive, which includes a souvenir script and t-shirt. Payment options and scholarship information will be included in the registration links.
LOCATION: All auditions, meetings, rehearsals, and performances will be held at Sheyenne High School, 800 40th Avenue East, West Fargo
TIMES: Rehearsals: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–4:00 pm. Performance Days: 12:00pm and 5:30pm Calls.
PERFORMANCES: June 23, 24, 25 @ 7:30PM and June 24 & 25 at 2:00 pm.
LUNCH/SNACK: Students are responsible for bringing their own lunch, snack, and beverages daily.
